At Owl Vans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5 business days.
